I. THE TONES OF HOME

Home, whatever it might mean to each, stays inside us and is repeatedly found in the perceptions of our senses, be it the tone of a voice or of a place or of an image or or or. For me there is a certain way of positioning things and a certain mix of colors that are home and make temporarily present the people, the places and the activities I consider to be part of this huge feeling of belonging.
II. STAINS ON BLUE

Try to live and perceive a city by only looking up. People walk looking to what is in front, to the side or under them and what an amount of stuff is still happening above our heads.
III. BACKLIGHTING AT THE SEA

The sunset brings with it a nostalgic feeling of closure or of eternity. To see people living as shadows makes me feel like a spectator admiring the chosen way of finding joy at that time and in that space. Every place gives you different shadows around which to build an idea of where you are.
IV. (IN)ORGANIC TRACES

Constant movement leaves it traces, from our breathing in a crowded space to walking in the snow to driving over puddles. We might not recognise our traces sometimes but we can always recognise those of others, giving us a tacit ceaseless feeling of life around us.
