CIRCULAR WOODSTEEL FORMWORK

Circular wood-steel formwork
Wood-steel circular system is a formwork system that is transported by crane and consists of 3 main elements: plywood, H20 wooden beam and circular assembly part. Circular wall formwork system is a formwork system used to give curvilinear form to concrete, which can be adapted to variable wall formwork and diameters. The system can be adjusted to any height if H20 wooden beams are used individually or in addition.
The interior and exterior panels created at the very beginning of the project can be easily adapted to different diameters with adjustment elements. H20 wooden beams used in the vertical direction of the system are produced according to EN 13377 standards. In water-related reinforced concrete projects (treatment plants, dams, pools, etc.), circular curtain walers are used to reduce the amount of anchoring and prevent water leaks. Wood-steel system circular wall formwork is designed considering a maximum fresh concrete pressure of 50 kN/m2 and the steel products are dipped and painted. In case of demand, the products can be galvanized dip
SYSTEM FEATURES
Solutions are produced with a small number of anchor shafts by using Circular Support waler in structures where water tightness is required, such as treatment plants and pools.
There is no need for reassembly of different walls. Thanks to the adjustment shafts, it can be easily adapted to the shear wall of different diameters.
The outer corners mounted on the sides of the panel are manufactured from special profiles.
Few locks are sufficient for panel combinations, This shortens the formwork set up and dismantling labor time.
