The designed atrial house complex is based on the shape of an "L". The solid is cut out, creating a kind of chessboard that interlocks with each other. In this way, internal spaces for recreation, i.e. atria, were created. Green roofs were formed in the created blanking, thanks to which the biological surface of the plot was not affected. The buildings were arranged in such a way as to absorb as much light as possible. The module will be glazed from the inside, while from the outside there is a facade made of wooden pole, which both illuminates the interior and gives a sense of privacy. In addition, skylights will be placed on the roof so that the light reaches even the darkest corners of the building. The body overhanging the garden adds the impression of lightness and "swimming". The structure of the building is reinforced concrete. The interior of the building is easy to read and logical. In the middle of each module there is a zone with a function, and communication zones are located on the sides. Thanks to this, you can clearly see the division of the module. In addition, in order for the rooms to be properly lit, the traditional layout of the rooms was reversed in the western part. The night part was located downstairs, and the day part upstairs. The building is strongly integrated with the surroundings. Thanks to the use of reinforced concrete in combination with local wood, it fits into the panorama of the surrounding forests of the Ożarowice commune. Thanks to this treatment, the houses look as if they only complement the whole composition of the landscape. The whole is coherent and works together to create the best possible living space, which at the same time gives a sense of privacy and unity.
