MoMA Poster Series
Exhibition Calendar Series
I was given the task of designing a poster outlining the exhibition dates from February until August 2013, for the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). The guidelines specified that I was only to use typography as the graphic elements of the poster.
I chose to further the MoMA’s simplistic and bold design aesthetics while highlighting their MoMA logo. I chose to further expand upon this idea and instead of limiting the information to one poster, to transform them into a series of five posters, each expressing a particular month of exhibition dates.
The posters are bold- both graphically as well as in regards to their use of color- which beautifully display the MoMA’s list of events.
