THE INSPIRATION : Hotdogs, wraps, sandwiches
THE SOLUTION : Sushigo! Found in high-traffic areas, Sushigo is for people who want to eat sushi but don’t have the time needed to sit down and enjoy it. Instead of serving the sushi traditionally cut up, wraps are served whole and un-cut making it easy and ready to eat any time on the go.
