When we think of torture we think of the agonising physical pain that is caused, we don't always think of the psychological impact it can have, and the lasting effect of it even after all physical pain has gone.

This project is a poster campaign to promote the art of torture museum and show the way torture can break a person both physically and mentally. This was done through the use of traditional paintings inspired by several famous artists. These included: Leonardo DaVinci, Van Gogh and Pablo Picasso. These artists where chosen for their recognisable style and their range from realism to abstract to represent the different effects torture can have.
