ACT- Action Center for Transformation (ACT)- Paper Wings: is a non-profit registered organization. The organization is located in Gurgaon. ACT was conceptualized by social development professionals in the year 2010. Basic learning and understanding of measurements, handling the material, understanding the process was taught to the enthusiastic ladies in a week workshop. Main outcome of the workshop was  learning of basic paper quilling shapes and different forms of beads and how to connect them to create various products at the later stage.
