At first glance, the redevelopment of an apartment seems like an easy task. But it is not so.

Our studio redevelops every space for the needs and lifestyle of the owners.

What did we do?

🗨️ We combined the living room and the kitchen, turned the balcony into a working area, and were able to successfully integrate the corridor of a large area

🗨️ All zones came out as if united, at the same time visually separated thanks to certain tricks

🗨️ The kitchen work surface cannot be seen from the living room - one of the wishes of the customers.

🗨️ The workplace is slightly separated thanks to a partition made of rails and plants.

First of all, we had a lot of small rooms that overloaded the space!

Thanks to the redevelopment, the nature of the house has completely changed, and the family got a stylish and comfortable apartment!

Що ми зробили?

🗨️ Об'єднали вітальню та кухню, балкон перетворили у робочу зону, й змогли вдало інтегрувати коридор великої площі

🗨️ Всі зони вийшли ніби й об'єднані, разом з тим й візуально розділені завдяки певним хитрощам

🗨️ Кухонна робоча поверхня не проглядається з вітальні - одне з побажань замовників.

🗨️ Робоче місце трішки відокремлене завдяки перегородці з рейок та рослин.

Першочергово ми мали багато маленьких кімнат, які забивали простір!

Завдяки переплануванню характер житла повністю змінився, а родина отримала стильну й комфортну квартиру!
