Bethlehem Inn is a non-profit shelter in Bend, Oregon that serves a portion of Central Oregon’s over 2,000 homeless individuals and families. The organization was struggling with several factors of its online presence including relaying to both the community at large and prospective residents about fundraising events, items needed, volunteer opportunities, resident rules and regulations, and of course, accepting donations. West Hills Design improved those issues by creating clear, concise information architecture, strong calls to action and a documentary design style to emphasize the human aspect of the work Bethlehem Inn does.
