Demant is a global hearing healthcare and audio technology group. We designed and built the company's Istanbul offices in a business center building.
A settlement that allows both communication and individuality was aimed. Simplicity, stability, and functionality were given importance as an approach that references the origin of the company.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES
TEAM LEADER
- Coordinating and managing the design team through all conceptual design and design development phases.
- Leading the team who develop construction documentation, all the material specifications, and furniture & fixtures packages for the project while working closely with consultants and engineers.
- Communications with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers through all project and construction phases.
- An active role in relationships with customers, negotiations with contractors, and the bidding process.
- Ensuring communication and coordination between the co-founder, the design team, the construction team, the contractors, the consultants, and the site architects.
