"Anti-utopia"
film that tries to answer the question of which word will best define the world we live in: utopia, dystopia or anti-utopia. The name "Anti-utopia" contains all three concepts, so the author allows a different answer for each observer. Sofiia herself says that for her, anti-utopia is the best word to describe everything she sees around her. Each painting has a strong colour and aesthetic design, but each of them also has something destroyed, lost or soon to be destroyed due to negative social actions and the consequences of utopian illusion.
Dystopia is a depiction of the dangerous consequences associated with experiments on humanity for its "improvement".
Anti-utopia looks like a utopia, or tried to be a utopia, but a fatal coincidence or other factor destroyed it, twisted the utopian world and its concepts.
Utopia is the unattainable idea of building an ideal society in which all principles of social justice and equality are fully realised.
