710 steel organ pipes each representing a person, one of the loved ones who died in this attack. 710 residents of the state of New Jersey were at the site that day of 911 2001 and lost their lives. Every pipe differs in height accordingly to the age of the victim it is dedicated to and bears a person’s name. Pipes weep on the wind with help of several slits distributed along the height of each pipe. A forest of memorial pipes forms 112x112 feet square which equals the dimensions of the footprints of destroyed WTC towers. ​​​​​​​
