Pratham Books STEM Literacy Programme Logo Animation

The Pratham Books Stem Literacy Programme is an innovative approach for Grades 1-5 designed to spark curiosity and engagement and teaching children the fundamentals of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through the use of storybooks. Through this programme, children are encouraged to develop a sense of curiosity and think critically about the world around them. They learn how to observe their environment and use problem-solving skills to come up with creative solutions.
To make the logo introduction I decided to use the emblems from the logo standing for STEM and expand them into little sequences of their own which then ties into the next.
Before moving into production I made a rough animatic to explain the concept visually to the team.
Once the animatic was approved, I moved on to finalising the frames. For the colour palette, I have used the colours used in the logo, and some softer hues derived from those colours. Firstly, the background elements and other assets were drawn and coloured. Then I animated shot by shot. Below are few style frames.
