Through the Clouds is a memorial space for everyone and anyone, which merges simultaneously the idea of soul, technology, and remembrance in a poetic paradoxical way. A massive structure located in a remote landscape, produces a coloured cloud every time a person shares (through interactive walls) a voice message, a drawing or a letter destined to a late beloved one. The digital message is transformed into a cloud in a large glass sphere, which is then released in the skies. The clouds forming and dissolving, also creates a language that is universally understood and admired by everyone there.

The whole space is a constant conversation between life and death, the universal and the personal, the natural landscape and technology and the ephemeral and eternal.

The project is inspired by the Geysir hot springs in Iceland. The idea of how people from all over the world gather around them to watch the eruptions of boiling water and the formation of thick smoke as a result of that.
