A Marvel através da The Walt Disney Company Brasil, lançou o primeiro projeto 100% brasileiro com base nos valores de Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão (DE&I).
A iniciativa O Poder É Nosso nasceu com o objetivo de trazer mais visibilidade para pessoas pretas no mercado de trabalho artístico.
Foram convidados cinco artistas pretos, Negritoo, Crica, Massai, Luna B e DGOH, e a missão foi criar releituras dos personagens Pantera Negra, Tempestade, Miles Morales, Mulheres de Wakanda e Falcão.
A ideia era fazer com que cada um imprimisse seu próprio estilo artístico-visual nos personagens, trazendo sua bagagem cultural. Para isso, eles contaram com a mentoria da estilista Jal Vieira.

The initiative O Poder É Nosso was born with the aim of bringing more visibility to black people in the artistic work market.
Five black artists were invited, Negritoo, Crica, Massai, Luna B and DGOH, and the mission was to create reinterpretations of the characters Black Panther, Storm, Miles Morales, Women of Wakanda and the Falcon.
The idea was for each one to imprint their own artistic-visual style on the characters, bringing their cultural baggage. For this, they were mentored by stylist Jal Vieira.

Inicialmente, uma coleção exclusiva da loja C&A já foi criada tendo por base as criações oriundas do projeto O Poder é Nosso que foi lançado em agosto de 2022
Initially, an exclusive collection for the C&A store was created based on creations from the O Poder é Nosso project. The launch is scheduled for August 2022.
Foi criado um teaser-manifesto do projeto e também um mini doc de cada artista, mostrando um pouco da história de vida, inspirações e relações com o projeto.
A teaser-manifest for the project was created, as well as a mini doc for each artist, showing a bit of their life history, inspirations and relationships with the project.
