Lietuviškųjų hipių suvaržymas priespaudos laikotarpiu
Sovietiniu laikotarpiu atsiradusi priespauda suvaržė hipių norą laisvai reikšti mintis bei siekį išsiskirti iš minios. Juos norėjo nutildyti, suvienodinti ir padaryti paklusniomis sovietinės santvarkos marionetėmis. Tačiau hipiai nepasidavė, kovojo dėl laisvės. Nuotraukomis vaizduojamas jų varžymas, bandymas įstatyti į visuotinės normos rėmus, cenzūra, o dalinai apnuoginti kūnai simbolizuoja norą išsilaisvinti.

RESTRICTION OF LITHUANIAN HIPPIES DURING THE PERIOD OF REPRESSION
The oppression that arose during the Soviet period restricted the desire of hippies to freely express their thoughts and the aim to stand out from the crowd. The soviets wanted to silence them, homogenize and make them obedient puppets of the Soviet system. But the hippies did not give up, they fought for freedom. The photos depict their restraint, the attempt to fit them into the framework of the universal norm, censorship, and the partially naked bodies symbolize the desire to be free.
