Mandala
The Mandala assignment asked for me to color three mandala images using color schemes and the paint bucket tool in Illustrator
From a range of about 21 mandala designs, I chose these three because they go from a range of easy to hard and I can meticulously color them in.
After I had chosen the mandalas, I when and picked different shades, tints and tones of a hue and counted to make sure I had enough to return to my original color in the monochromatic mandala, but I decided to stop with the right amount as it only applied to the outer layer, and it wouldn't end correctly the closer I got to the center. The problem with the center is the lower amount of spaces to color so instead I went from darkness to light and finally to saturated. There were certain rings in the mandala I could not figure out how to connect so I made a pattern using the different colors at my disposal. Eventually I filled the last mandala, and it was simpler then the last two, most likely to the fact that I resolved the problems that slowed me down.
