InDesign Spread and Scrapped Version

Top: My finished InDesign spread for my art class' final project. As you can see here, I enjoy watching animated content about as much as I enjoy making it. Except for Family Guy. Family Guy doesn't deserve to be here. (That's a half-joke...)
Bottom: An early draft of my InDesign spread, where I intended to give each DVD a review and avoid the use of filler text. However, it only took writing an introduction and my review of "Beavis and Butthead" to realize that I'd probably run out of room on the two-page spread. The use of heavy, helectiva-like fonts continued down to the article itself in this version, as I am a big fan of that general style. However, I eventually decided it wouldn't be the best fit for an entire article. Looking back, the heavy font could have worked well for callout quotes, but alas...
