Rootsi ajakirjanduse poolt 80ndate teises pooles Nõukogude Liidu “esimeseks kapitalistiks” ristitud Elmar Lepp sai tuntuks Pärnu rannas avatud videosalongiga. Sellele järgnenud ridamisi muid tollal uudseid ja edukaid ettevõtmisi tegid temast kiirelt rikka mehe. Plakati kujundus kajastab pöörastel iseseisvumisaastatel meeleolusid. 

Elmar Lepp, baptized by the Swedish press as the "first capitalist" of the Soviet Union in the second half of the 80s, became known for the video salon he opened on the beach in Pärnu. A series of other, at the time, novel and successful ventures that followed made him a rich man quickly. The design of the poster reflects the moods of the crazy years of independence.
