A color wheel created using only primary colors to create the entirety of the color wheel.
The first six squares are an example of tint gradation while the last six are an example of shade gradation.

A primary color still life study. Painted using primary colors and modeled after an all white sculptural plaster. Instructions were to focus on shapes of the sculpture instead of actual features. Value was also studied. Each primary color represented light, medium, or dark values to portray how the light reflected against the sculpture.
A secondary color still life study. Painted using three secondary colors and modeled after an all white sculptural plaster. Instructions were to focus on shapes of the sculpture instead of actual features. Value was also studied. Each secondary color represented light, medium, or dark values to portray how the light reflected against the sculpture.
A primary color was chosen to add tint (white). The darkest shapes were represented by the primary color and tint was added to the primary color to represent midtone and light shapes.
