Axonometric, plan and section drawings (drawn by hand over computer model prints) of the most recent project I've been working on for architectural design course. Given the current Providence Train Station as the site, we were asked to rethink of the exchange space by considering a matrix. My matrix is generated by the projected movement and boundaries within boundaries. Elements are located and formed by the intersection of the spaces created by the two. I've indicated the elements in the drawings as the outcome in its current stage. Purple and dark blue spaces indicate above and under ground spaces, whereas the yellow is where the model of Providence would be located. The rules I’ve created will further be applied for the division of these elements to clearly define the spaces.
