Balt Stool

3D printed object made of UPM Formi using LSAM fully recyclable.
One of the first 3D printed furniture products in line with the philosophy of circular economy. One material, one process.

The stool was created as a result of ergonomic tests on an ABB robot with a 3D printing nozzle. Made of melted granules in the LSAM (Large Scale Additive Manufacturing) process. A new generation object and a reflection of my sketch. Developing the right stiffness and matching parameters was crucial in this project.

What initially was a well-thought-out test is now a full-fledged product available for sale online. The stool went into constant production  and along with the Antropo chair constitute a small collection of new generation products.
