This project is a book illustration design with a theme of childhood memories, in which the scenes are designed in a depiction based on the rural seasons. I was inspired by my hometown and some games from my childhood. I conducted a series of research and visits to the current situation of my hometown during the holidays, and wrote some small poems with childishness in combination with my memories. I gave full play to my imagination and abstraction ability, referring to Matisse's style, boldly abstracting the image, and incorporating my own color style in my creation by combining the photographic photos from my research to try to make the hues more of a warm and healing feeling of childhood.

In this illustration project, I usually carry out the following processes: planning the creative direction, researching the current situation, collecting materials, dividing the illustration theme scene, sketching the illustration scene, adjusting the illustration style, adjusting the perfect line drawing and dividing the colors, and finally refining the details.
