Jewelry CAD Portfolio/ Production Lines 商业珠宝设计

The jewelry production lines in this file are designed for two jewelry brands, Hiersun and Qeelin.
Since these two companies have very different product features, I researched the "culture" before designing. Hiersun highlights the rare quality of diamonds and focus on bridal rings, the customers are mainly young couples/office workers, while Qeelin comes with more luxurious features and Chinese traditional elements, and their target customers are young people and even teenagers in middle/high class.
For Hiersun, I embody jewelry with romantic nature, and emphasize the diamond through my design. The idea is LOVE IS SUNSHINE, so I bring sunshine elements in my design, and generate positive feelings in these works. The sparkle of diamonds presents that love is like sunshine in couples' marriage lives.

这里是我为恒信钻石机构和Qeelin珠宝做的新品设计。

这两个品牌虽然都是高级珠宝著称，但是品牌文化和特点各有不同，因此我在设计之前对它们进行了调研。恒信钻石机构强调钻石的稀有，并且主力开发婚戒市场，其主要购买者为工薪阶层的结婚情侣和白领女性；而Qeelin珠宝则更奢华，产品造型多来自中国传统元素，目标消费群体定位在中产阶级和上流社会的年轻人甚至青少年。

在为恒信的设计研发中，我赋予作品浪漫的特点，并且强调钻石的光彩，提出了“爱如阳光”的设计概念。阳光的造型以线状的方式围绕在主石的周围，营造了积极愉悦的氛围，另外，线状的放射性造型不仅可以让钻石看上去更大更璀璨，也减少了金重，降低了成本。

宣言吊坠，售于Ooh Dear官网 2011-2014

For Qeelin, the pave setting makes the luxurious character stronger, which is also one of characters of Qeelin Jewelry. The new collection is developed and divided into three production lines, including the low-end, middle-end and high-end products. The high-end pendant is selected to produced, so I communicate with an experienced craftsman to create it.

The form of locket enhances its playfulness. The changes of the moon can be presented when the wearer rotate the locket. After two months of development process, the moon, clouds, stars and night sky come together in this piece of jewelry.

在为Qeelin珠宝的设计中，我采用密钉镶法加强它的奢华感，这也是该品牌的产品特点之一.新品“明月”分为低端、中端和高端产品三个系列。通过与资深珠宝师傅的合作，起版了高端款吊坠。

可旋动的锁的形式增强了首饰与人的互动性和本身的娱乐性。这个旋转的形式也展现了月亮在不同时期的阴晴圆缺。经过两个月的新品研发，明月、彩云、星辰和夜空得以在一件奢华珠宝中呈现。

Carbon Together is my design for Hiersun Jewelry Design Competition.

Albert Leung says that no matter how big the diamond is, it is still carbon. However, diamond experiences what carbon does not experience, which is extremely high pressure and high temperature. This fact is like the trails and hardships in love life, which can make couples stronger and more determined.

I design 3 wedding rings, according to 3 ways that the ring finger goes through a rough diamond shape. The left over part of a rough diamond becomes the wedding ring, while the body becomes part of their firm love.

林夕说，旷世巨钻，不过是碳。但是钻石经历了碳不曾经历的高压和高温，正如爱情中经历的风雨和磨难，让恋人间的感情更加升华，更加牢固。《碳》以无名指穿过钻石原石的三种方式，得出了三款戒指的造型。钻石戒指作为这爱情的见证，成为恋人身体的一部分。

The Typical Shape of A Rough Diamond

I design 3 wedding rings, according to 3 ways that the ring finger goes through a rough diamond shape. The left over part of a rough diamond becomes the wedding ring, while the body becomes part of their firm love.
