an annual festival organized by norte to accommodate young creators in presenting a documentary film. a feast to discover a cinema that knows how to tell reality, with a focus on the flow: from changing habits to the evolution of international geo-politics, from social transformation to the language of new media, to the environmental situation around us , with roundtables, master classes, screenings film premiere accompanied by the author and retrospective.
