Sometimes a stupid tendency to be compulsive actually pays off. As when my 15+ year addiction to fly fishing helped us win Redington as an account. 

And below is one of the ads we did for Redington. While I was creative director on several, in this instance I was the copywriter as well. The ad was targeting a female (obviously) audience and, secondarily, a male fly fishing audience who might buy this for a female friend.
