POV Statement: The foldable chair allows people who need seating in a crowded room to relax, and is lightweight, portable, and easily put away when not needed.
When people stand, the blood flows along the spine smoothely. You will flatten the lumbar or the lower part of your back when you are sitting. People should not sit at the same postion for very long period of time. Also, people should get up and walk to let the blood flow around which will put less strain on thier neck, shoulders, and back.
Notice in this picture that every curve of the back flows into anther. Sitting properly keep this flow healthy.
This is a diagram of how the spine is like when people sit in different positions. Positions
A and B are not the right ways to sit becasue it will casue back and neck sprain. Positions
C and D are the proper ways to sit becasue the blood can flow smoothly with lesser back
and neck pain.

The 135 degree position is more relaxing than the 90 degree and 70 degree postitons. Using the curve of the back of the chair as support puts less stain on the back.
The diagram shows that people should sit all the way back and keep their back straight. Sitting up straight is a proper way to sit on a desk chair, and enhances its comfortability.
The blue area represents the space between the chair and the person.
