Problem Statement: 
Nowaday, people are being less and less active, and causing them to have problems with their health, physical and mental. Having a stretch during the day, when wake up, or before bed can help reduce stress, and reduce muscle pain, etc.


Research question: 
How can we teach people how to stretch, when to stretch, and encourage them to do it?
Goal: 
Create an app that help and encourage people to stretch during different time of the day
