The photos I took for my Diptych and Triptych were at my home where I grew up my whole life. The first is my front porch and a random dog skull my family found on a hike and put on display on our porch in a hidden location behind the pillar to block it from the sun. It's almost like it's a little crypt for the poor dog, or coyote. The second photo is of my morning coffee routine, my favorite part is the part I showed, pouring the water and replacing the filter with a new and filling that up with coffee grounds. I got a far away picture of the coffee maker just so the viewer could understand what it is I am doing. I felt like these two images are very personal to me because it's of intimate moments or obviously of the house I grew up in. I was struggling adjusting the camera settings on the Canon 80D. But overall I enjoyed this assignment.
