Maybe outdated already but this was made as a comment to American intelligence  listening in to friendly European leaders cell phones. Just funny because usually men are complimented if they are good listeners. in this case it wasn't a good ting.
Today I think I rather should make a caricature of Putin trying to fill Stalins boots or something like that.
