- IN A SANGUINE ART -
I was looking forward to
seeing Dresden, known as
Florence on the Elb,
and all of its magnificent baroque architecture.
Unfortunately, on the only day reserved for the tour, I found myself deeply frustrated:
the city was shrouded in heavy gray clouds and under constant rain.
Although the photos reveal the grandeur of the palaces and cathedrals,
many of the details that line the facade were obscured by the shadows caused by rainwater, giving them a sad and gloomy air.
So, wanting to give more vibrance to the images, I dared to present each monument in a way similar to a art done in sanguine.
I hope you like the result!
