This is a game as well as a learning experience. Twelve patients visit your clinic and it's up to you to diagnose their ailments correctly, as Zang-fu syndromes. You watch a video clip of each patient entering the practice room and sitting down, and you can then select various options to simulate questioning, looking, listening, and palpating your patient. The answers to questions are realistic - with patients occasionally avoiding answering questions, describing unusual symptoms as "normal", and only mentioning major surgery at the end of a long spiel about how good their health has been for most of their life! Data is available from the style of answer and the tone of voice, as well as the content. The following screens are from the game. I did the screen design and interaction for this, and my colleague Andrew Francois did the design for the little animated figure.
