HISTORY
The projected object is located in the urban space "Around.The center" at the intersection of Chekhov and Suvorov Streets, which opened in 2020. This is the courtyard of a historical building of the late XIX century. In the past, this building was occupied by the Rostov Stock Exchange Society, and in the 90s the DOSAAF regional committee was located there.
Now the building has been renovated, and several different-sized establishments are located in the center of the old courtyard. One of the residents of the center is the Vietnamese street food Pho Bo.
