ITB03蓝牙解码耳放是我今年年初参与设计的一款音频产品。根据已有的内部堆叠，我在平面软件中快速开展工作。围绕金属与玻璃的组合方式，我尝试了多种造型形式。在与结构工程师进行生产评估后，我们最终选定此款方案。ITB03在工艺上采用了精密铝金属一体成型，弧形机身与曲面玻璃融为一体，坚固又轻薄。值得一提的是，我在产品侧边设计的装饰条纹，是通过激光雕刻氧化后的金属表面，再进行喷砂处理形成的。最终成品的条纹图样微小起伏构成立体感，具有了一定的肌理效果，在握持状态下触感明显。
ITB03 is an audio product that I participated in designing at the beginning of this year. Based on the existing internal stack, I quickly work in the graphic software. Around the combination of metal and glass, I tried a variety of modeling forms. After the production evaluation with the structural engineer, we finally selected this scheme. ITB03 adopts precision aluminum metal integrated molding. Curved fuselage is integrated with glass, solid and light. It is worth mentioning that I designed decorative stripes on the side of the product. The oxidized metal surface is laser engraved and then sandblasted. The stripe pattern of the final product has a textural effect, and the touch is obvious in the holding state.
