A project 10 months in the making. A full scale replica of Lyuba. Approx. 4ft long and 3ft tall, she is a month old baby woolly mammoth calf, found on a river bank in the Yamal Peninsula, Siberia. I made her from a cardboard frame, foam filling, and paper mache/foam clay skin. All I had to work from were photographs and a rough 3D rendering  I found online.
