Introduction: 

A welding positioner is used to orientate and manipulate the position of a workpiece during welding operations. Its primary function is to provide optimal access and positioning for welders, ensuring efficient and precise welding of joints on various components.

Procedure: 

I have created the 3D design of a welding jig using SolidWorks. I modelled each part separatelly and then assembled them. 

In addition to the 3D design, I made realistic renderings of the welding jig using SolidWorks rendering capabilities.
