Using termites made with M-seal, wood carving and acrylic paints, this installation fuses the dimensions of society and nature. Just as a fingerprint is the identity of an individual, the concentric rings in the bark of the tree is its identity. The termites’ destruction of the concentric rings is a metaphor for the loss of individuality in humans.
