Instead of explaining that, we answered the simple question; "What. Exactly. Does. Dodge. Data. Do. For. Me?"

It was critical that each and every employee know the 6 ways Dodge builds our customer's business so we created coffee mugs and kicked off the campaign with a request for all employees to take a "mug shot". The results were overwhelming. Every employee submitted an image and many took it to the next level by adding creativity to their image.

To understand the efficacy of our marketing, we divided our campaigns into two audience groups; Contractors & Services and Building Product Manufacturers, and three message types; Content, Promotions and Product. C&S Product was, by far, the greatest contributer to revenue followed by BPM Product. Though it was no surprise that messaging directly related to the product we were selling, the variance was surprising. It was clear where we would focus our efforts.
