The project “Inheritance" imagine a cybernetic world investigating the connection between organism and machine.
Organism come up with its existing forms through millions- years evolution. The intelligent machine being invented by organism, and may surpass the survival ability of organism in various perspectives, meanwhile threaten the survival of its creator. The interesting things is, whatever the forms and ability those intelligent machine have, they will always bring its mark from its creator, just as this animation has illustrated, the flower-like organism brings the machine from the water into the world. Although the creator has disappeared in the end of the a animation, the flying machine’s activities still behave like its creator, the blooming flowers.
The project is done by using Cinema4D and Octane render.
