A dew point measuring instrument, or a dew point meter is a device used to accurately determine the dew point temperature (°C Td) of compressed air or gas. A dew point analyzer accurately measures the dew point temperature at which the water vapor present in the compressed air or gas condenses into liquid. A dew point measurement device takes a sample of compressed air or gas and determines its dew point. A dew point transmitter, on the other hand, is directly placed in the pipeline of compressed air chambers for continuous monitoring of dew point temperature. Apart from measuring the dew point temperature (°C Td) of gas, a dew point meter can also determine the temperature (°C), moisture (PPM) level of the gas, and relative humidity (%RH) of the compressed air.

Vasthi Instruments' Dew Point Transmitter is the ideal measurement device for continuous dew point measurement. It has a precise dew guide estimation down to -60°C Td (-76°F Td).
The Dew point transmitter utilizes microprocessor-based circuitry to convert sensor signals using psychometric equations. The device is assembled in a rugged handheld IP-65 body with quick disconnect tubing couplings.
It also has an internal sensor manifold for accurate dew point measurement and uses an RS485 interface (Modbus RTU). The device is equipped with a dedicated input to maintain line pressure.
The powerful metal encasing (Aluminum or Treated steel) ensures extreme durability of the device.
