Chess - recycle furniture
Furniture made from recycled plastic is a great interior chess. The chair and lamp are not only utilitarian, but also the object of the game. The inspiration was a trip to Italian palaces, where the floor is contrasting stone tiles and exactly the intellectual game of chess. The main idea is to fill the space with the game, to keep the tradition and to give more value to the furniture pieces. According to the chess scenario, the table is a pawn and the lamp is a queen and they have their own history. A chess board is a tile or carpet or a special covering. The space can be changed during the game and any other object, such as a flower, can be included.

The furniture created from scraps of recycled plastic that had been saved from disposal. From St. Petersburg to the Urals, sheets have traveled a long way. They were used in the interior of a cafe, but at first of recycled plastic were deformed and unsuitable for creating furniture. After the construction was finished, the leftovers were collected and given to the workshop to create the Plus stools. The creation process resulted in a simple morphology that can change depending on the position of the object and the situation. For example, a stool can become a table or a shelf for books and flowers.
Stool is a modular system. The form performs two main functions - stool + table. Convenient morphology is suitable for meeting friends in a cafe over a glass of coffee. Stool format for quick meetings. The recycled plastic pattern is reminiscent of stone and nature, while the colors create a friendly atmosphere and a playful scenario.
