Challenge: UniversalCIS, an industry-leading credit reporting agency, operated under seven B2B brands serving the mortgage-lending community. The company wanted to claim its position as a mortgage tech innovator and partner to mortgage lenders.
Solution: All six legacy brands were consolidated under one bold new name and visual identity. The Xactus name reflected the company’s exacting precision. A new tagline — Advancing the Modern Mortgage — emphasized the speed, efficiency, and seamless digital delivery of their verification services.
