When TANDBERG hosted a wine tasting event as a way to introduce law firm managing partners to the company’s videoconferencing solutions, they wanted an invitation that would really appeal to their prospects.

JP Enterprises designed a label that was affixed to a wine box containing a corkscrew, a stopper, and a personalized invitation, also designed by JP — but no wine. The invitation promised each attendee a complimentary bottle of wine in his or her choice of red or white to take home at the event’s end. The box was hand delivered to each recipient.

 

This event was a resounding success, yielding a 100% attendance rate from the more than 100 invitations delivered.
