This project tries to document the faces that have formed part of my life one way or another. Very close friends, others not as much as I would like them to be and family. Even though the project started January 2011, there's plenty of growing up to do.

The project is born out the necessity of taking portrait to a new level, as well as setting myself a challenge, and the advantage that this represents. Documenting my life through the faces of the people who have been part of it.

Techinque
Nine photographs are taken of the person and stitched together in photoshop. "Bokeh Panorama" also known as "The Brenizer Method", thanks to Ryan Brenizer, who made the technique popular by using it for his wedding portraits.

There are nine photographs of individual parts of the scene:
     1 2 3
     4 5 6
     7 8 9
#5 being the frame that contains the face itself; eyes, nose, mouth… #2 the one that contains the forehead, the hair… and so on.

Photographs are taken with Canon's 85mm  f/1.2L II USM and an APS-C sensor type camera. They are stitched manually in photoshop.
I hope you find something you can relate to in the project, and of course, I would very much appreciate all of your comments.

I kind of stopped doing this project since I misplaced my 85mm.
But the last photograph was taken with a 50mm on a 5D2
