На 1500 квадратных метрах трехэтажного объекта культурного наследия «Дом Харина» (1881 года постройки) разместилась частная школа Вектор. Почти полуторавековая история этого места натолкнула архитекторов на идею интерьерных решений. Первые два этажа выполнены в сдержанной манере: арочные проёмы, гипсовая лепнина, исторический кирпич, а третий этаж, как более современный, надстроенный после великой отечественной войны в 1950-х гг. при реконструкции здания по проекту Б.Н.Зотова, уже в современном стиле.

The Vector private school is located in 1,500 square meters of the three-story cultural heritage site Kharin's House (built in 1881). Almost a century and a half history of this place prompted the architects to come up with the idea of interior solutions. The first two floors are made in a restrained manner: arched openings, plaster moldings, historical bricks, and the third floor, as a more modern one, built after the Great Patriotic War in the 1950s. during the reconstruction of the building according to the project of B.N. Zotov, already in a modern style.

Интересно, что в стенах этого здания с 1919 года размещалась 4-я взрослая школа 2-ой ступени, в 1920-х гг. школы №5 и №9 и после них – квартиры жилтоварищества «Металлист», затем аэроклуб, банк и разные небольшие конторы. Изначально это здание представляло собой жилой дом для зажиточного воронежского купца Н. Ф. Харина.
It is noteworthy that the 4th adult school of the 2nd stage was located within the walls of this building since 1919, in the 1920s. schools No. 5 and No. 9 and after them - the apartments of the Metalist housing association, then the flying club, a bank and various small offices. Initially, this building was a residential building for a wealthy Voronezh merchant N.F. Kharin.
Нынешним собственником здание было выкуплено в 2020 году, к этому моменту его внутренняя структура претерпела множество перестроек, что было использовано при формировании помещений. Отсутствие одной из стен в коридоре второго этажа позволило установить светопрозрачные перегородки, с одной стороны приоткрыв тайну образовательного процесса, с другой, наполнив коридор естественным светом.
The building was purchased by the current owner in 2020, by which time its internal structure had undergone many restructurings, which was used to form the premises. The absence of one of the walls in the corridor of the second floor made it possible to install translucent partitions, on the one hand, revealing the secret of the educational process, on the other hand, filling the corridor with natural light.
Сама архитектура объекта подсказала необходимость совмещения старого и нового, истории и современности. Сегодняшние решения соседствуют с эклектичной архитектурой фасада, вместе с сохранением коридорной планировочной структуры, а так же арочными проемами разных радиусов, выложенными из кирпича экседрами.
Эта интеграция позволяет продолжать образовательный процесс вне классных комнат, показывать детям, что старое нужно трепетно хранить, а новое бережно совмещать с ним.

The very architecture of the object prompted the need to combine the old and the new, history and modernity. Today's solutions are adjacent to the eclectic architecture of the facade, along with the preservation of the corridor planning structure, as well as arched openings of different radii, lined with exedra bricks.
This integration makes it possible to continue the educational process outside the classroom, showing children that the old should be carefully preserved, and the new should be carefully combined with it.

Гибридное пространство актового зала и столовой олицетворяет современный гибкий образовательный процесс. В 19 веке нынешнее помещение столовой/актового зала служило основным Бальным залом дома, сегодня здесь так же происходят торжественные мероприятия.
The hybrid space of the assembly hall and the dining room embodies the modern flexible educational process. In the 19th century, the current dining room/assembly hall served as the main Ballroom of the house, today ceremonial events also take place here.

На трех этажах здания разместились 10 учебных классов, просторная комната для родителей, учительская, раздевалки, санузлы, большая рекреация с антресолью и гибридное пространство с функциями столовой и актового зала. Охранный статус объекта наследия наложил значительные ограничения на планирование помещений в здании. Тем не менее удалось сформировать гармоничную среду для малокомплектной частной школы.
On three floors of the building there are 10 classrooms, a spacious room for parents, a teacher's room, locker rooms, bathrooms, a large recreation area with a mezzanine and a hybrid space with the functions of a dining room and an assembly hall. The protected status of the heritage site has imposed significant restrictions on the planning of the premises in the building. Nevertheless, it was possible to create a harmonious environment for an ungraded private school.
Для отделки стен применены: бетонная плитка под кирпич индивидуального изготовления (для соблюдения формы, цвета и фактуры существующего кирпича), гипсовые панели с виниловым покрытием разных фактур, панели СМЛ, фанера, гипсокартон с окрашиванием, гипсовая лепнина, мягкие панели, фетровые панели 12 мм. На стенах, очерчивающих внешний периметр здания, а так же частично на внутренних стенах сохранен аутентичный кирпич, имеющий маркировку ФИК — «Кожевников Федор Ильич», у него был завод в слободе Ямской Чижовской волости Воронежского уезда. Напольные покрытия: линолеум Forbo, мармолеум, каучуковый линолеум Noraplan и Norament, каучуковые ступени Nora в рекреации, керамогранит крупноформатный на путях эвакуации, ковровая плитка Interface. Потолки :HPL, Armstrong, Soundec, ГКЛ. Освещение: растровые светильники, элементы освещения индивидуального изготовления.
The walls were finished with: custom-made brick-like concrete tiles (to keep the shape, color and texture of the existing brick), gypsum panels with vinyl coating of different textures, LSU panels, plywood, painted plasterboard, gypsum stucco molding, soft panels, 12 mm felt panels . On the walls outlining the outer perimeter of the building, as well as partially on the inner walls, an authentic brick is preserved, bearing the FIK marking - “Kozhevnikov Fedor Ilyich”, he had a factory in the Yamskaya settlement of the Chizhov volost of the Voronezh district. Floor coverings: Forbo linoleum, marmoleum, Noraplan and Norament rubber linoleum, Nora rubber steps in recreation, large-format porcelain tiles on escape routes, Interface carpet tiles. Ceilings: HPL, Armstrong, Soundec, GKL. Lighting: raster lamps, lighting elements of individual production.
