После реконструкции дома мы разработали проект жилого пространства для семьи из 11 человек. Мы постарались организовать каждый квадратный метр согласно запросам и потребностям многочисленных членов семьи. Основным лейтмотивом всего интерьера стали горячо любимая нами фанера (созвучная с частью дома, возведенной по каркасной технологии), текстура камня (отсылка к используемому фундаменту) и довольно сдержанные оттенки эмалированных поверхностей и мебельных фасадов из Fenix.
After the reconstruction of the house, we developed a project for a living space for a family of 11 people. We have tried to organize every square meter according to the requests and needs of numerous family members. The main leitmotif of the entire interior was our beloved plywood (consonant with the part of the house built using frame technology), the texture of the stone (a reference to the foundation used) and the rather restrained shades of enameled surfaces and furniture facades made of Fenix.

В прихожей разместилась модульная мебель композиционно связанная с проемами и общей тканью швов плоскости стен. Прихожую замыкает блок из гостевого санузла и ванной для старшего поколения. В отделке акцент сделан на графичные решения на фоне сдержанных цветов. Композиции выстроены на схожей модульной стеке.

The entrance hall housed modular furniture, compositionally connected with openings and a common fabric of the seams of the wall plane. The entrance hall is closed by a block of a guest bathroom and a bathroom for the older generation. In the decoration, the emphasis is on graphic solutions against the background of discreet colors. The compositions are built on a similar modular stack.

Столовую решили перенести из кухни-гостиной в отдельный объем. Это позволило комфортно разместить всю семью за обеденным столом и даже осуществить сценарий с посадкой гостей :) Балкон стал прекрасной видовой точкой на живописное окружение и удобной связью с зоной BBQ. В кухне помимо стандартного оснащения удалось организовать удобную многофункциональную зону с полуостровом. Хотелось "бесшовно" как визуально, так и по логике движения совместить кухню, гостиную и лестничный блок. Последний разместил в себе хранение и мини-кабинет для старшего поколения.

It was decided to move the dining room from the kitchen-living room to a separate volume. This made it possible to comfortably accommodate the whole family at the dinner table and even implement the scenario with the seating of guests :) The balcony became an excellent viewpoint on the picturesque surroundings and a convenient connection to the BBQ area. In the kitchen, in addition to standard equipment, it was possible to organize a convenient multifunctional area with a peninsula. I wanted to "seamlessly" both visually and according to the logic of movement to combine the kitchen, living room and stair block. The latter housed storage and a mini-office for the older generation.

В юго-восточной части первого этажа запроектированы: комната подростка и спальня для старшего поколения. Мягкие, износостойкие ковровые покрытия обеспечат приятные тактильные ощущения, дополнительный акустический комфорт и визуально расширят пространство за счет отсутствия швов. Стеновые панели из березовой фанеры добавляю уюта, микрорегулировку влажности и приятный запах дерева.

In the south-eastern part of the first floor are designed: a teenager's room and a bedroom for the older generation. Soft, wear-resistant carpets provide a pleasant tactile sensation, additional acoustic comfort and visually expand the space due to the absence of seams. Birch plywood wall panels add coziness, micro-adjustment of humidity and a pleasant smell of wood.

Коридор второго этажа начинается с освещенной несколькими оконными проемами лестницы. Пространство получилось очень сбалансированным по пропорциям, этого мы добились еще на этапе АР по этому проекту. Поэтому любые дополнительные элементы привносить нужно было осторожно. К примеру, освещение мы интегрировали в стропильные затяжки. А двери использовали с невидимым коробом и березовым шпоном на обоих фасадах. Скрытый "парящий" плинтус также придает графичности принятым решениям.

The corridor of the second floor begins with a staircase illuminated by several window openings. The space turned out to be very balanced in proportions, which we achieved at the AR stage of this project. Therefore, any additional elements had to be introduced carefully. For example, we integrated lighting into rafter puffs. And the doors were used with an invisible box and birch veneer on both facades. The hidden "floating" plinth also adds graphic quality to the decisions made.

На втором этаже расположилась зона отдыха:
Детская для двух девочек с огромным количеством мест хранения одежды. В зоне для обучения расположился длинный консольный стол с естественным освещением. Органайзеры для учебных принадлежностей, полки для книг и учебников, ничто не было забыто. Диваны совмещенные с кроватями позволят принять и удобно расположить приличное кол-во подружек :)

On the second floor there is a recreation area:
Children's room for two girls with a huge amount of storage space for clothes. The study area has a long console table with natural light. Organizers for study supplies, shelves for books and textbooks, nothing has been forgotten. Sofas combined with beds will allow you to accept and conveniently arrange a decent number of girlfriends :)

Детская для двух мальчиков спланирована так, чтобы у каждого было индивидуальное место для занятий и совместное для активити. Прекрасная инсоляция каждого рабочего места - неотъемлемая составляющая продуктивных мыслительных процессов, а возможность сделать перерыв и насладиться прекрасным видом из окна - может быть отличной гимнастикой для глаз. В одной из детских кроватей предусмотрено дополнительное выдвижное спальное место.

The children's room for two boys is planned so that each has an individual place for classes and a joint one for activities. The perfect insolation of each workplace is an integral part of productive thought processes, and the opportunity to take a break and enjoy the beautiful view from the window can be excellent gymnastics for the eyes. One of the cots has an extra pull-out bed.

Две мастер-спальни также довольно минималистичны и функциональны. Все элементы являются композиционным продолжением друг друга. Цвета и текстуры сдержаны, но фактуры привносят различный тактильный опыт и дополняют динамику светотеневого рисунка меняющегося с течением времени суток.

The two master bedrooms are also quite minimalist and functional. All elements are compositional continuation of each other. Colors and textures are restrained, but the textures bring a different tactile experience and complement the dynamics of the black and white pattern that changes over the course of the day.
