Small apartment for a family with two kids. The clients bought this place as a backup apartment for the kids to stay in during the day and with a possible option of selling the apartment after the kids grow up. Therefore the place has to be comfortable for the kids, with places to study and sleep. But also at the same time, the place should not be too childish, so that at any point it could be used as a place for permanent stay of a conventional family.
We ve tried to squeeze in as many functions in the place as possible. There are two bathrooms in the place, which is pretty unique in a small apartment like that. It has two bedrooms, a proper kitchen, a decent space living room, and even a small storage room.
