RIGID ORIGAMI STRUCTURES

This project was created on a University of Belgrade, Faculty of architecture during the sixth semester of undergraduate studies on the course constructive systems. The project task was to design urban furniture using rigid origami forms. The location was next to campus of technical faculties so it was decided to make solar benches for working outside. Canopy is covered with solar panels and underneath the bench is a battery for storing electricity so bench can be also used during the night time
