Marketplace for Ukrainian farmers and customers
This is pet project about development online platform for only local ukrainian farmers and ukrainian business(B2B) or customers(C2B).
I went through all stages of development according to Design Thinking.
In pet project I analyzed segment B2B - Farmers and Restaurateurs. I put my respondents in the center of the process and researched their professional life in order to understand and create a good product for both.
Phase "Understand"
5 interviews were conducted with farmers and 5 with restaurateurs. After interviews I made up "Personas" and Customer Journey Maps. I found out feelings, needs, wishes and the main paint points all my responders.
Phase "Explore"
I did a Competitor Research and create a User Flow for my Personas. After this step I created the skeleton of the future marketplace in the form of Wireframes.

Logo and a marketplace's name are minimalist and reflect the feelings of home.
