Coffee Table Book: Bahi Khata

I have been very fascinated by Genealogy and the whole concept of finding out about my ancestors, I couldn't help but see the sovereign hand of God that led my family through generations, ultimately serving His purpose that resulted in my own seemingly insignificant existence. It was humbling to see the names of my ancestors and be reminded that they all led to mine.
We carry the great weight of the generations behind us, but we also carry the burden of responsibility for the generations after us. The way we live will reflect back on the generations behind us, and influence those after us. I believe the way in which we choose to live our lives will be a great influence to those who come after us.
In terms of just knowing our ancestors, I conducted a survey , inquiring about their own experiences with ancestry research, or lack thereof. Of 79 individuals, 53% have never researched their own family history and 93% have no clue if they can find out anything about their ancestors. This data shows that many of us really don't know much about our ancestry.

And thats where this guidebook came from. It is a small booklet that educate present generations about tracing the roots of their ancestors in this day and age of the world wide web, where every byte of information is a few clever Google searches away.
